J-Crew FLOW Stay Connected Track Hours

Become a Member of J-Crew!

As a J-Crew staff member you will hold a unique position at the seminar. The student participants will look up to you and take their cues from you. You are the energy and vitality of the seminar. It will be your job to make sure that students are amped up and ready to break out of their shells into the people they really are or they always wanted to be. You will all be part of a group and act as the peer mentor during the seminar.

Some of you may want to help out, but not be so visible. There are several "operations" type positions available. These positions are crucial in helping the Program Director run the seminar. It is a lot of running around, but you also get the freedom of not having to be tied to a group and get to experience the "behind the scenes" action.

“I really learned a lot here.  What I've learned the most is about myself.  I learned that one person really can make a difference no matter whom or what they are.  Coming here was just so amazing.  This experience is so indescribable.  I really loved it and want to be a part of it next year.”
-Naznin Sheikh, Mercy (SF)

“This seminar means so much to me, including growth and inspiration to not be afraid to make a change in my community and the world.  It truly was an outstanding experience that taught me all about communication and leadership.  This seminar is one of the best learning opportunities I've ever had.”
